Assignments and Make-up Work
Students will have some math homework every night, Monday-Thursday, to reinforce what has been taught that day in class. Homework will occasionally be assigned on Fridays as well. Homework papers need to be completed on loose-leaf paper with a heading that includes the student's name, date, class, and assignment. Math assignments should be completed in pencil.
Absent Work: Students will have as many days as they were gone to make up missed work for full credit. For example, if you are sick for two days, you will have two days after come back to turn in your work for full credit. It is a good idea to call a friend or look at the website for the homework so you won't have so much to do once you come back to class.
Late Work: Homework assignments can be turned in late for partial credit, but assignments will not be accepted if more than 10 days late. Students will lose one point for each day late.
