Pancake Breakfast


The District 12 Band Booster’s biggest fundraiser (our Annual Pancake Breakfast) will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019! Proceeds from this event directly support band programs at both Spring Hill School and Roselle Middle School. Funds are used to purchase sheet music, new instruments, and auxiliary supplies; repair existing instruments, supplement accompanist fees for solo/ensemble competition, and pay for uniform replacement. Here’s what you need to know about participating in this FUNdraiser:

Ticket Sales

Each band family will be responsible for selling 5 tickets for a total of $25.00. Please mail your check for $25 made payable to the Roselle Band Boosters in the enclosed envelope. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.


Because all volunteers and band members need a ticket to eat, most families opt to purchase them for their own use. However, we encourage you to also sell them to relatives, friends and neighbors. Remember, everyone eats, so everyone is a potential customer! This is a great way to see those friends and neighbors who were hibernating over the winter.

As a special incentive, any student selling 10 or more tickets will be entered in a drawing to receive $25 CASH. Students will receive an additional entry for every 5 sold above the initial 10 (e.g. 15 tickets = 2 entries, 20 tickets = 3 entries, etc.). Please note that tickets sold at the door DO NOT count towards the contest. The winner will be announced at the Pancake Breakfast.

We need one parent and all band members who are not in the Jazz Band to work at least one shift. Jazz Band members are playing at the breakfast so that is their job, but parents and other band students - we still need your help! Donate or Help Solicit Raffle Items

In addition to ticket sales, we count on raffle ticket sales to generate much-needed funds for the band program. Please consider donating a raffle item; i.e. gift certificates/cards, services, new items, themed gift baskets etc. We also need help to solicit raffle items from local retailers, restaurants, etc. Contact Sandy Sentman at in order to help out!!!
